How do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form or enter information on our site. When you fill out a form, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience. We use the information we collect from you only to follow up after correspondence, and we do not share this information with third parties. When you send a form, the information is forwarded to our company and a backup is stored temporarily to our servers. The backups are automatically deleted after 60 days.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Webinar privacy policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with a webinar held by OptoFidelity Oy.
Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
The data is used to collect registrations for webinars organized by OptoFidelity.
Personal data will only be processed for predefined purposes, which are:
- Communicate with participants regarding the webinar and related matters
- Provide participants with access to the webinar
- Monitor attendance and participation in the webinar
- Analyze the effectiveness of the webinar
- Post-event communication
- Marketing of similar events
Sources and content of data
We may collect personal information from participants who register for the webinar. This information may include name, email address, job title, and other contact details. We may also collect information about the participant's attendance and participation in the webinar.
Webinar recording
Webinars are held on Microsoft Teams and are accessed via a public link. The webinar and associated chat conversation will be stored in the cloud for use of OptoFidelity. When the meeting is recorded, the platform used will display a notification to all participants.
Transferring data
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data will be stored until the measures related to the webinar have been implemented (e.g. follow-up communication of the webinar). The email address of subscribers to the newsletter will be kept as long as the newsletter subscribed to is published or until the person unsubscribes from the email list.

Athena Privacy Policy
OptoFidelity Oy built the Athena app. This service is provided by OptoFidelity Oy. This page is used to inform users of this application regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

The app does not collect any information from user. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
